PETS

How many pets can our household have?

Answer: 4 pets maximum, dogs and cats only. No poultry.  No unleashed pets are allowed outside of the household, or fenced area

FENCING AND OTHER CHANGES

Can I add a fence to my property? What about other exterior structure changes?

Answer: Any such changes must be approved by the board assigned committee and will require a permit. Please contact the business office initiate the request and permit process

FIREWORKS

Can I pop fireworks or firecrackers?

Answer: No Fireworks of any kind are permitted at any time.

DECK

Do I need a permit to build carport or deck?

Yes, there is a $50 permit required. Call the office to make arrangements to get the permit.

FEEDING OF WATER FOWL

I love watching the ducks and gulls, should I feed them? 
Answer: No. It is unhealthy and can create excess waste and pollution that can destroy habitats and harm birds and other wildlife. At the same time, leftover, uneaten food can attract rodents, create unpleasant odors, and spread diseases.

GATE CODES

How do obtain a gate code for clubhouse access? 
Answer: Please contact the BWSPOA office for your code. Members that are delinquent on dues will have their access suspended.
